Lenz Fondazione, an innovative experimental theatre, is based in Parma and it has been working since 1985 to create a complex net of contemporary performances, musical and theatrical co-productions. Their set-ups are based on multidisciplinary qualities such as studying original works, taking care of the drama, exceptional artists and performers, using modern technologies (visual set, installation, sound design, costume design).
Lenz’s projects are aimed to value the Italian strong artistic heritage. All of this through a creative dialogue between professional artists and vulnerable actors: subjects who are usually excluded from artistic scenes (such as disabled people, elders, inmates, drug users). The main goal is to redefine the contemporary theatrical language.
Furthermore, Lenz is in charge of the preparation and realization of Festival Internazionale di performing arts Natura Dèi Teatri.
