Marina Giacometti is a dancer, a contemporary dance teacher, a certified teacher for DanceAbility, a co-founder of the Ottavo Giorno association. For 20 years she has continued the research of inclusive dance, through laboratories and workshops in the national field. In Padova she gave life to a permanent DanceAbility laboratory which became a point of reference on a national scale, it is attended by the elderly, the experienced, with different backgrounds and abilities and inclusion projects for children (both able and disable). She is an artistic director for the Dance/Theatre group, for who she has created several shows and performances and which maintain active through the exchange of ideas and the collaboration with other artists that operate in the territory.
