Domenico Santonicola trained in dance and theatre with Carolyn Carlson, Madou Airaudo, Larry Ekson, Lindsay Kemp, Nienke Reehorst, Alì Salmi, Aida Vainieri, Susanna Beltrami, Giorgio Rossi, Raffaella Giordano, Danio Manfredini, Silvia Bugno , In dance with Claude Coldy, DanceAbility Teacher Trainer with Alito Alessi, psychomotor and dance therapy.

He works in partnership with Sosta Palmizi, Osmosis Cie, Ersilia dance, Silvia Gribaudi, A. Nari, Lead, Smam, Teacido, Vainieri, Reggiani, Beltrami, Bugno, Mirandola and Mediaset, Rai and BBC as a mime act and performer in various theatrical and experimental events. In 2007 he held a choreographic residence at CCN Roubaix for Carolyn Carlson.

In 2015 for the Venice Biennale he was in Giulio Cesare by Romeo Castellucci.

He makes several creations as choreographer and interpreter.

For years he has been conducting integrated expressive workshops for people with different abilities, in collaboration with ULLS9, Didactic Circles, Social Cooperative Cooperatives, Volunteer Associations, Ferrara Municipal Theater and has staged several mixed ability shows.

In 2011/12 Region Veneto Project and Arteven leads "TATA'N" for schools with several CEODs involved with the final show.

He is a co-founder of REV-Veneto and the Experimental Dance Theater in Treviso. He has a teaching and choreographic job.
